- AltoVita is a corporate accommodation platform operating across multiple countries.
- Organic content was produced once in English and translated into every market, so no market ranked properly.
- We rebuilt keyword research natively per market, fixed the technical foundation at template level, and implemented hreflang so markets stopped competing with each other.
- Organic sessions grew from 1,696 a month in January 2025 to 3,869 by September 2025, a rise of 128% in nine months.
- Monthly organic traffic value rose 94% over the same period, from about $3,500 to about $6,800.

Challenge
Content was produced once and pushed into every market. That approach is fast, and it is also why nothing ranked. Keyword demand in one country rarely maps cleanly onto another, and translating an English page does not make it the best answer for a local search.
Underneath that, the technical foundation was working against them. Pages across markets competed with each other for the same queries, and the property and location templates repeated the same structural problems across thousands of URLs.
“ Mamba came in with a plan built for each market rather than one template translated several times over, and the difference showed inside a quarter. ”

[SOLUTION]
Solution
01 || Research each market natively. || We built a separate keyword universe per country, scored on local volume, difficulty and commercial intent, then mapped each cluster to the page that should own it.
02 || Fix the templates, not the pages. || Canonical rules, internal linking and schema were corrected at template level, so every property and location page built on them improved together.
03 || Stop markets competing with each other. || Hreflang was implemented and validated across every locale, and local link acquisition gave each market version its own authority rather than borrowing from the parent site.

Results
Organic sessions rose from 1,696 a month in January 2025 to 3,869 in September 2025, a gain of 128% across the first nine months. Monthly organic traffic was worth about $3,500 in equivalent paid search spend at the start of that period and about $6,800 at the end, a rise of 94%.
The gain came from the market level rather than the group level. Pages written natively for a country ranked in that country, which is what the translated approach had never managed.
“ What stands out is how little chasing we have to do. The reporting arrives with the actions already attached. ”

Looking ahead
Organic sessions peaked in September 2025 and fell back through 2026 as the programme wound down. The market level research, the template fixes and the hreflang implementation remain in place, but content production and link acquisition stopped, and in a category this competitive that shows up within two quarters.
It is a useful illustration of what organic search actually is. The technical foundation holds. The ranking position does not, unless someone keeps feeding it.
Figures are Ahrefs estimated organic traffic and traffic value for altovita.com including subdomains, measured October 2026, and were cross checked against Google Search Console click data.
